Balance, contracts, allocation and swaps explained.
Your dashboard answers four questions. Balance is spendable cash: deposit from it, withdraw it, or swap it to BTC. Total Deposit and Total Earned are lifetime counters.
Ongoing Contracts shows each live plan with daily profit, current earnings and maturity date. Paused Contracts lists anything on hold — contact support to resume.
My Allocation breaks every contract into slices — how many dollars sit in digital assets, ETFs, fixed income and more. The split is snapshotted when you deposit, so it never rewrites history.
The Swap page converts USD balance to BTC and back at the platform rate, so you can hold either side without leaving the app.
